Member service and account

This website provides a Google sign-in account area where you can view linked orders and tickets. You can view the order and ticket information made available there and sign out; an account is not required to register or pay for an event.

Sign-in and link security

Google handles sign-in authentication. Do not share your Google account, one-time ticket-management link, or signed-in page; sign out after using a shared device. A one-time management link is for its recipient only.

Account limits and termination

If there is unauthorized use, abuse, harassment, or a security risk, the service may reject requests, end a ticket-management session, or suspend account-related service. This service does not provide a self-service account-deletion tool; confirmed orders and data that must be retained by law do not disappear because of account status.

Scope and registration

These terms apply to event registration services offered under the Clave Social name. Registrants must provide accurate and complete booking information.

Confirmation and tickets

A booking is confirmed only after payment has been verified. A ticket is valid only for the specified event shown on its event page; forged, reused, or improperly used tickets are invalid.

Event conduct

Participants must follow reasonable safety and on-site conduct requirements and must not harass others or disrupt the event.

Updates

Updated terms apply to new bookings made after the update and do not retroactively change confirmed orders.

Event and transaction information

The event page states the applicable event date, venue, price, capacity, and organizer.

Payment and delivery

Payment is handled through NewebPay’s official payment page. Electronic tickets or other delivery are provided as stated on the relevant event page.

Contact and statutory rights

For transaction concerns, contact the organizer through the contact method published on the event page. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refund requests

Contact the organizer through the contact method published on the event page. Include your order number, booking email, and request. Contacting the organizer does not mean a refund is complete.

Cancellation at least 7 days before the event: the remaining ticket amount is returned after necessary administrative charges.

Cancellation from 3 days to less than 7 days before the event: 50% of the amount paid is returned, after necessary administrative charges.

Refund processing

After processing is complete, a refund is returned to the original payment method.

Ticket transfers

For a transfer, contact the organizer through the contact method published on the event page and include your order number, booking email, and request. Transfers are handled case by case; this site does not provide automated transfers.

Organizer cancellation or rescheduling

If the organizer cancels or reschedules an event, a full-refund option is available.

Data controller and purpose

The data controller for this service processes personal data for booking, payment, tickets, support, security, and legal obligations.

Data categories and retention

Data may include your name, email address, order and ticket data, and technical or session data essential to provide the service. We retain data for as long as needed for the transaction, accounting, legal obligations, and service delivery. Missing required information may limit the service.

Use, regions, and rights

Data is used or shared only as necessary for payment, email, hosting, and the event organizer. Processing regions include Taiwan and the operating regions needed by service providers, including the United States and Singapore. Subject to applicable law, you may request access or review, copies, correction, cessation of collection, processing or use, and deletion. Legally required retention remains an exception. Submit a request to the organizer through the contact method published on the event page.
